On 2nd Feb. 2010, in Multifunction Meeting Room of Beijing Henan Plaza Hotel, The People’s 

Government of Henan Province and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s 

Republic of China hold a Ceremony about speed up transformation and upgrading the industries and 

promote strategic cooperation agreement in Henan Province. The Minister of MIIT Mr. Li Yizhong 

and the Governor Mr. Guo Gengmao of Henan Province attended the signing ceremony.
